Need some supplemental work?  This is your go-to page for all things workout related and programming.  My goal is to update this regularly when I find workouts that are safe, smart, effective, and efficient.  If you need some homework to knock out in between training sessions,you’re looking to loosen up a tight sport, or you’re just looking to challenge yourself, we have it here!

Disclaimer: Do not, DO NOT, bite off more than you can chew!  If you know you cannot move well through a particular movement, either use a very light weight so you can learn how to do it properly OR find a certified trainer who can show you how to perform the exercise correctly!
